- 學經歷(a CV for the Coach / Sports Administrator)
- 推薦信(請先自行草擬) ( a supporting letter)
- 在大道及短道競速滑冰至少擁有至少2 年以上的國際活動經驗(請提供證據)，例如由提高運動員在ISU世界青年錦標賽、青年世界盃、或是其他國際青年賽事中的成績。
(evidence showing a minimum of 2 years of international activity indicating progress in Speed Skating and/or Short Track Speed Skating, demonstrated, for example, by improving results achieved by the ISU Member’s Skaters in the respective ISU Junior World Championships, Junior World Cups, or other Junior International Competitions)
